More Than 40 years of experience

Hispanor – Produtos Industriais, Lda. was founded in 1980, in Braga, as the representative in Portugal of DINOL AB, a Swedish company that is the world leader in the manufacture of anti- corrosion compounds for motor vehicles, trains and aircraft. In the 1980s, through DINOL AB, we launched DINITROL aeronautical anticorrosives on the national market, a highly technical and demanding market.

Hispanor was responsible for introducing a new glass repair system from NOVUS, developed in the United States of America.

In the 90s, we diversified our catalog with the introduction of the WETOR brand, and also, we diversify our business area as the founding company of the Newcar Franchising – Glass for Automobiles – which currently has more than 40 Centers across the country.

By opening up new market niches, we use our more than 30 years of experience to anticipate and satisfy our customers’ needs. 

Our attention to the international market allows us to constantly introduce innovative products and processes for the Automotive, Nautical and Aeronautical Industries into our catalogue. In recent years, Hispanor has become the official distributor of Q-BOND adhesives in Portugal, introduced ABNET super-concentrated cleaning products, presented the innovative PLASTIFIX plastic repair system and more recently launched a new repair and polishing system on the market of headlights.

Today, Hispanor is a full-fledged company, with a national network of Commercial Agents, capable of training and demonstration, promoting proximity to national Customers, at the same time that the WETOR brand is in the process of internationalization.

Certification

Since July 2003, Hispanor has ISO 9001 Quality Certification. Currently updated to ISO 9001:2015, it is a guarantee of the quality of its methods and services.

Hispanor is annually evaluated by Certified External Auditors, who attest to the quality and seriousness of our internal procedures and customer service.

Certification is a strategic commitment for the company, being a fundamental vector in ensuring the importance of complying with customer requirements and applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

The quality of all activities associated with the services provided by the company is a strategic commitment for Hispanor. The necessary means and resources will be made available for the implementation and continuous improvement of the respective quality management system, in line with what is explained in the ISO standard.
